Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, a candidate in the general elections from two constituencies in Islamabad, has petitioned the election tribunals to restore the mandate of the people of Islamabad for NA-48 and NA-47 to their elected representatives.

Khokhar reported receiving 18,572 votes. The PTI-backed candidate secured 75,166 votes, while Raja Khurram Shahzad Nawaz (respondent number 3) received only 31,153 votes.

Khokhar stated that on February 8th, Mohammad Ali Bukhari won; he came in second, but on February 9th, the candidate who came in third was declared the winner. Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar has submitted Form 45 and his response to the tribunal.
