Pakistani actor Mariyam Nafees joyfully announced her pregnancy through a charming photoshoot with her husband, Amaan Ahmed, which she shared on social media.
Nafees, celebrated for her roles in prominent Pakistani dramas, revealed the news on her official Instagram. The ‘Diyar e Dil’ actor uploaded a series of delightful pictures where she and Ahmed, donning t-shirts and caps marked “mom” and “dad,” shared warm hugs and smiles.
The highlight of the photo shoot was a pair of bright yellow-coloured tiny shoes, symbolizing the anticipated arrival of their baby. The expectant parents also wore matching footwear.
Additionally, Nafees posted a sonogram of the baby, expressing her joy. Her post’s caption read: “Oh, baby! We’re having a baby!!! Baby AmYam coming soon, InshAllah! Please keep us in your prayers.”
The couple’s endearing photos quickly garnered love and attention from their followers. Industry peers, including Ayeza Khan, Ali Ansari, and Meerub Ali, congratulated them.
Nafees and Ahmed were wed in March 2022 during a private nikkah ceremony. For the occasion, Nafees was dressed in an ethereal white and gold gharara with red accents, intricately hand-embellished by Islamabad-based designer Maha Wajahat Khan.
