Balochistan Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has requested for Pakistan Army’s helicopters to search for at least 60 people went went missing in torrential rains in Noshki.
According to Levies sources and local news channel ‘Samaa News’, six buses carrying people including women and children went missing near Zaro while they were on way from Chaghi to Noshki amidst heavy downpours.
Levies sources added that all the missing people were on way back after attending a wedding party.
The PDMA has written a letter to Pakistan Army to requisition helicopters to help trace the missing people.
The people are also being feared to have been kidnapped as the area where they went missing is situated near Pak-Afghan border.
