The Meat Merchants Association in Karachi has set official animal slaughter services prices during Eid al-Adha.
On the first day of Eid, the fee for slaughtering a heifer is Rs20,000, while a goat will cost Rs10,000. The charge for a camel is Rs40,000.
Nadeem Qureshi, a spokesperson for the association, mentioned that the prices for slaughtering on Eid’s second and third days will be significantly lower, approximately half of the first day’s rates.
