Clarifying the On-Peak Schedule

The spokesperson detailed the existing peak and off-peak schedule in the same tweet to clarify and ease any confusion. Per the schedule, peak times are from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM between April and October. From November to March, peak times are slightly earlier, from 6:00 to 10:00 PM.

This clarification from K-Electric came in response to the rumours on social media asserting that the peak hour schedule had been altered. These rumours created a sense of uncertainty among consumers, leading to K-Electric’s prompt action to dispel them.
