Islamabad: The controversy over bench reshuffling in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) intensified after a division bench ruled the acting chief justice’s directives as unlawful and issued key orders.
A two-member division bench, consisting of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan, declared that transferring cases from other benches ordered by the acting Chief Justice was illegal.
