Indian security forces resorted to unprovoked firing on second consecutive day along Sialkot Working Boundary Line, injuring three people including two Pakistan Rangers personnel on Monday.
Targeting Pakistani checkposts and residential areas in Charwah, Bijwat, Sajeet garh and Haryal sectors, the Indian forces also shelled mortars, injuring two Rangers personnel and a civilian.
Several houses were damaged as a result of attacks, while a number of cattle were also killed and injured.
Retaliatory fire from Chenab Rangers silenced Indian guns.
