The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman, Imran Khan earlier today said that ‘steps will have to be taken to safeguard the heritage of the country while people will get employment through promotion of tourism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.’
Addressing a programme held in connection with the promotion of tourism in KPK, the PTI chief said very attractive locations are present in KPK for tourism.
He said the KP government will also adopt measures to protect the ancient places while tent villages will be set up in the province for promotion of tourism.
Imran Khan further said that steps will be taken to protect the wildlife in the National Park.
He appreciated the plantation of trees by the locals and the measures being taken for their protection.
