The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has addressed the frustration of cricket fans by announcing that it will issue full refunds for the ICC Champions Trophy matches that were washed out due to adverse weather conditions in Rawalpindi.
PCB’s decision follows rain that prevented any play in two scheduled matches, prompting the board to act.
Details of the Ticket Refund Policy:
- Affected Matches: The refund applies to the matches scheduled between Australia and South Africa on February 25 and Bangladesh versus Pakistan on February 27. Since no play was possible on either day, the PCB has refunded ticket holders the entire purchase price.
- Exclusions: It is important to note that ticket holders for hospitality boxes, including PCB gallery and box seats, will not be eligible for refunds.
- Refund Procedure: Invited ticket holders can claim refunds at designated TCS outlets from March 10 to March 14, 2025. Claims must be made within this window, as requests submitted after the deadline will not be entertained.
