Haris Rauf, featured in a widely circulated video, addressed the issue on X, formerly Twitter. He initially chose not to publicize the matter but felt compelled to respond once the video became public.
“As public figures, we receive various types of supportive and critical feedback,” said Rauf.
The fast bowler added, “However, I must protect my family’s dignity. Respecting individuals and their families is essential, regardless of their profession.”
