The federal government has appointed A. D. Khawaja as the new Sindh police Inspector General. He has replaced Ghulam Haider Jamali.
According to sources, the Sindh government had nominated three names to the federal government. The federal government has chosen A D Khawaja.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has also given approval after his return from Saudi Arabia.
