Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari reminded India that Osama Bin Laden is dead, but Narendra Modi is still alive and prime minister.
Bilawal told reporters in New York on Thursday that the Indian government believes in Gandhi’s assassin’s beliefs. He said now Hitler’s ideology influenced India’s governance.
The foreign minister condemned India’s role in fanning terrorism in Pakistan, saying terrorists get help from India. He stated foreigners are seeking to destabilize Balochistan.
Bilawal said there was proof of Indian participation in the Lahore incident. He requested Pakistan’s terrorists be punished.
He said foreigners fund terrorism in Pakistan. He emphasized stopping terrorist groups from gaining training and funding from outside.
Pakistan is proud of its achievements in the war against terrorism, as the government has taken real steps through the National Action Plan for counterterrorism.
FATF backed Pakistan’s efforts to stop terror financing, he said. Bilawal said it’s incorrect to blame the Muslim world for terrorism because it has no religion or area.
Since 2001, terrorism has mostly targeted Muslims. However, in Karachi, Chinese citizens were targeted, he added.
Some Balochistan and Sindh areas are still saturated, the foreign minister added. Massive flooding damaged health, education, and infrastructure.
He said Pakistan needs international help to rebuild and rehabilitate the victims.
He asked the world to help the Afghan interim government. Bilawal claimed Afghanistan allows primary education but not secondary.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan lost three of his party’s 10 seats, he remarked in response to a question.
“If my party lost three seats, I’d be worried,” he remarked.
