At least five police personnel sustained injuries in an explosion at the eastern bypass of the city of Quetta earlier today, police said.
According to DSP Naseebullah, the blast occurred near a police mobile. Rescue teams have been dispatched to the site of the blast.
The police officer confirmed at least five personnel sustained injuries. The condition of one is said to be critical.
Police and law enforcement agencies have cordoned off the area.
