The car parking facility will be established at least 200 meters from the place of majlis. Loudspeakers will be limited to the Majalis, and punctuality is advised during this time.
A meeting of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee presided over by Maulana Muhammad Abdul Khabir was convened on July 6 to see the moon of Muharram al-Haram. This will mark the announcement of the new Islamic year.
