Islamabad: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif briefed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on on the prevailing internal and external security challenges.
According to military sources, COAS also briefed Prime on involvement of Indian spy agency RAW in different covert operations in Pakistan.
COAS informed prime minister on investigation progress in Safoora Goth attack.
According to a spokesman, Prime Minister Sharif and General Raheel also reviewed possible motives behind the Safoora carnage.
