Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari launched the IDEAS 2022 at the city’s convention center.
The defense exhibition started today and will run through November 18 (Friday).
During the occasion, Bilawal spoke about the different obstacles the current coalition government encountered, stating that despite the economic crisis, it has achieved achievement.
“We also dealt with an energy crisis and satisfied FATF requirements,” he stated.
Foreign Minister said on this occasion, “We inherited an economic disaster where Pakistan was on the verge of default. But by God’s grace and our government’s efforts of unity, Pakistan was spared from an economic crisis.
Minister for Defence Production Muhammad Israr Tareen, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, and other civil and military officials are also present.
Approximately 300 exhibitors from 32 nations will display their most recent goods. This show is attended by about 500 national and international participants, including high-level delegations from friendly nations.
The beach will host the Karachi Show on the second-to-last day of the exhibition (November 17).
The traffic police of Karachi have prepared a revised traffic plan for the next International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2022.
