The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) has declined the allegations that Pakistan Army and Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) are backing the protest in Islamabad led by Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI).
The statement released by ISPR expressed concerns over the allegations against the Army in the on-going political crisis.
The statement came after allegations of President of PTI Javed Hashmi that Imran Khan is following the instructions of Army.
In the statement ISPR stated that, Pakistan Army has always supported the democracy in the country as it’s a non-political institute.
