Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has called his party workers to stage nationwide protests against brutal killing of Bao Muhammed Anwar, Vice President of district Sialkot.
In a statement, Hussain appealed to all zonal in-charges, sector in-charges, unit in-charges and workers of the party to hold peaceful protest demonstrations on the brutal killing of vice-president of MQM.
“Peaceful protests should be staged not only in Karachi but in the whole country”, he said.
The MQM chief also hoped that the workers and the people of the country would not disappoint him and respond his call positively.
The slain MQM worker was standing outside his restaurant located on Shahabpura Road area of Sialkot, when unidentified miscreants opened fire at him, killing him on the spot.
