Adult film actress Sophia Leone has passed away at the age of 26, discovered “unresponsive” in her U.S. apartment on March 1.
According to Leone’s stepfather, Mike Romero announced the tragic news and initiated a GoFundMe campaign to support her memorial expenses.
“On behalf of her mother and family, it is with a heavy heart that I have to share the news of our beloved Sophia’s passing,” Romero stated, emphasizing the immense grief and disbelief her untimely departure has inflicted upon her family and friends.

Romero also highlighted the current police investigation into the circumstances of her death and the unforeseen financial challenges her family is now facing.
101 Modeling, Leone’s agency also confirmed her demise, mourning the loss of “our beloved Sophia Leone” and describing her as a vibrant soul whose death has deeply affected many. The agency clarified that Leone’s death is not believed to be a suicide but is under investigation as a “home invasion homicide.”
