Pakistani television actor Samina Peerzada said she adores Indian stand-up comedian and TV anchor Kapil Sharma, in an interview with Times of India.
Peerzada also said that Comedy Nights with Kapil is her favourite show.
She said she could relate to Sharma as his stand-up comedy acts reminded her of a lot of Lahore stand-up comedians.
Peerzada also said that Pakistani entertainment industry is a powerhouse of strong women.
She further added that she is a feminist and has made some very tough decisions in her life.
The 59-year-old has also decided to take measures to ‘pull’ Pakistani Film Industry out of the prevailing disappointing situation; by directing two new movies.
