On Saturday morning, an earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale struck portions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
The National Seismic Monitoring Centre (NSMC) confirmed earthquakes were detected in Chitral, Dir, and other provinces.
The earthquake was 101 kilometers deep, and its epicenter was 73 kilometers from Chitral.
People came out of their homes while reciting Kalma-e-Tayyaba in response to the tremors.
