In a statement issued from London, the MQM leader said. “Angels will not descend on Pakistan to strengthen it. We will have to do this job ourselves. The sooner the better,”

Hussain also demanded  immediate  arrest of Lal Masjid leader Abdul Aziz for mongering hate that too using the mosque.

It is not the first time Hussain has called for the arrest of Abdul Aziz.

The statement further stated “Lal Masjid should be either demolished or burnt down for preaching terrorism,” It should be noted that Altaf Hussain had been calling for an end to extremism since ages and had also warned repeatedly against the talibanisation of Karachi.
