Karachi’s notorious ‘Chota Don’ finally arrested

Police earlier today managed to apprehend  the  notorious mugger Ansar Ali, but knowns as  ‘Chota Don’ in criminal and law enforcement circles.

“This stickup man is allegedly involved in looting no less than 700 citizens on gunpoint in the metropolis,” sources told the media.

Ali is also reported to have been wanted for multiple counts of murder as well attempted murder was arrested this morning by Station House Officer (SHO), P.S. Landhi, Abdul Majeed Nagra.

“Acting on a tip-off, the SHO and his team busted a hideout in Landhi 89 and nabbed Ali; however, his accomplices allegedly running a ruthless gang of street criminals, managed to escape,” the sources said adding,”He was packing a gun by the time of his arrest.”

Former convict Ansar Ali’s criminal record is too long to be covered in this report.

“This ‘Chota Don’ has been in and out of jail many times. He is also wanted for a couple of murders committed in Pak Colony and Lyari areas,” sources said.

Landhi police also arrested Rizwan Aziz and recovered an auto rickshaw that he allegedly used to rob passengers, at gunpoint, while posing as a rickshaw driver.
