French businessmen are keen to enter into joint venture with their Pakistani counterparts, provided there are specific proposals for projects in any sector, the consul general of France said yesterday.
In a meeting with members of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), Francois Dall’orso said Pakistan is a big market with many needs in almost all sector, and French businessmen could explore the opportunity particularly in small and medium enterprises.
He added that economic section in French embassy will work together with the FPCCI to promote trade relation between the two countries and also help bring business communities closer.
FPCCI President Zakaria Usman stressed the need for having frequent exchange of trade delegations to boost bilateral trade.
