The former president and co-chairperson of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari strongly criticized Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) as he supported PTI’s demand for vote recount on four constituencies on Tuesday.
In a statement, Zardari said that Nawaz Sharif received votes to become a Prime Minister not a king.
His party accepted the election results only to save democracy in the country, said Zardari.. The whole nation is furious because of excessive loadshedding and water scarcity.
On the contrary, PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi has welcomed Asif Ali Zardari’s support in demand for vote re-count. He has also asked former president, Zardari to join in the Long March on August 14.
