Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri has challenged the Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Nawaz sharif to an open debate. Dr. Tahirul Qadri has challenged Nawaz Sharif to discuss the governance affairs with him anywhere he would like to. He said that it would be better for Nawaz Sharif to decide the venue and date of the debate before the ‘day of revolution’ so that it gets easier for him to find a respectable way out of the government.
He said that it will be much better for the government to decide a date and venue as it is clearly a more dignified way of leaving the government. The other option will be of revolution which will not only make them lose the government but also their dignity, said Tahirul Qadri.
Dr. Qadri ruled out the possibility of a debate with any other member or group of members from Pakistan Muslim League (N). “I will only debate with Nawaz Sharif”, said Tahirul Qadri. He said that there is no other demand in the revolution other than expulsion of the government. “We just want the government to leave the people to their fate”, said Dr. Qadri.
