Karachi: Sindh Home Department officials on Saturday wrote a letter to an anti-terrorism court (ATC) requesting it to hear the cases filed against Nine Zero detainee Faisal Mota in jail.
The relevant department further urged the court to enhance the security of the suspect as he was under threat.
It may be mentioned here that the accused, Faisal Mota, was convicted by the court in Wali Babar murder case, whereas various cases – including the possession of explosive material – have also been registered against him.
He was arrested during the Rangers raid at Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM’s) headquarters at Nine Zero in Karachi.
