The Sindh High Court has rejected Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leader Anis Qaimkhani’s bail plea in Dr Asim Hussain terror facilitation case.
Qaimkhani’s lawyers had filed an application on Wednesday for bail at the Karachi court after he was arrested in a case pertaining to providing treatment and shelter to alleged terrorists on Tuesday.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leaders Wasim Akhtar and Abdul Rauf Siddiqui along with Qaimkhani filed bail applications at the Singh High Court in Dr Asim Hussain terror facilitation case on Wednesday after an anti-terrorism court (ATC) rejected their interim bail pleas.
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Abdul Qadir Patel had surrendered himself to the police after he escaped from the court.
Rangers’ lawyer was of the view that the ATC ordered to arrest the politicians in the high-profile case without any pressure.
