Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Govt. of Pakistan on Wednesday decided to form judicial commission with mutual coordination.
According to the details, government and PTI have agreed to form the judicial commission to probe the alleged election rigging through mutual coordination.
As per the initial reports, formation of the judicial commission will be formed within seven days of signing the agreement.
It has also been decided that the commission report will be made public within forty five days and judicial commission proves the rigging, Prime Minister will dissolve the assemblies.
According to the contents of the negotiations, PTI and the government will petition the Chief Justice to form a three-member judicial commission. It will be requested to form the bench with Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk as its head.
The negotiations committees have also agreed on forming a Special Investigation Team comprising civil and military agencies to carry the investigative responsibilities.
Let’s see what we get out of this Judicial drama. Unlike, former CJP i am expecting a good judgement from CJP Nasir ul Mulk.
