Police on Friday evening registered a first information report (FIR) against owners of the “Dilpasand” .
After the court orders, police has registered FIR against Abid and Saqib at the North Nazimabad police station. The case has been registered on behalf of Muhammad Ahmed Bari, the father of Kinza.
Kinza, 14, had died last week and her mother and two younger siblings fell ill after consuming what the family claimed were poisonous burgers from Dilpasand Sweets’ North Nazimabad chain.
SHO Nasir Sami said that they had complied with court orders but were still waiting for a chemical report on the allegedly contaminated burger.

I believe everything said was very logical. But, what about this? Food poisoning is a common, yet distressing and sometimes life-threatening problem for millions of people throughout the world.
People infected with food-borne organisms may be symptom-free or may have symptoms ranging from mild intestinal discomfort to severe dehydration and bloody diarrhea. Depending on the type of infection, people can even die as a result of food poisoning.
