Lahore: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday heard the Model Town incident case in which at least 14 Pakistan Awami Tehreek workers were shot dead.
Accused including Inspector Amir presented themselves in the court hearing.
ATC summoned 50 more accused in the next hearing scheduled to be held on May 9.
Government formed a joint interrogation team (JIT) to investigate the June 17 massacre last year which left at least 14 workers of PAT dead while scores of others injured in police crackdown outside PAT chief Tahir-ul-Qadri’s secretariat in Model town.
