Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan urged Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Nasir-ul Mulk to take suo motto notice of police crackdown on “peaceful PTI protesters”.
Addressing PTI sit-ins at D-Chowk, IK said “I have spoken to Allama Qadri, who has assured me that “peaceful protests” will continue till Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif resigns.”
He once again criticised chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry over his role in general election 2013 and called him ‘Mir Jafar’ of the judiciary with reference to the infamous traitor who sold Nawab Sirajudaulah to the British.
He also alleged that “Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Malik Baloch also won the elections through rigging.”
