The federal government has decided to deport arrested US spy Matthew Barret.
Mathew will leave for London from Pakistan on Saturday morning at 6:00am via London through PIA flight PK-657.
Sources of Federal Investigation Agency said Barret had been shifted to Lahore from where he will leave for London. All the arrangements in this regard had been made.
Earlier, the interior ministry had issued order to deport Barret which was already under criticism because Matthew was once before deported on charges of espionage and this would be the second time that the US spy would be able to save his skin.
FIA had got permission from special judge of Rawalpindi on Thursday according to the interior ministry order.
Few years back, the US spy tried to enter a sensitive area on which he was deported. However, he managed to get Pakistani visa few weeks ago and reached Pakistan. He was arrested at Islamabad airport.
Sources said the government was under pressure to release the spy which led the interior ministry to order release of the US spy
