The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has issued the investigation report of Bhoja flight Boeing 737-200 rash on April 20 2012.
According to report, the pilot of the aircraft responsible for the crash that killed at least 127 people. The report states that the first officer kept on warning the pilot about bad weather while the pilot wanted to land the aircraft anyway.
The investigation the pilot of flight -213 was not qualified to operate the automatic system in the plane.
The Boeing 737-200 was carrying 121 passengers, including 11 children, as well as six crew. The flight was on way from Karachi to Islamabad.
