At least three people were killed while 10 others sustained injuries in a road accident in Rahim Yar Khan on Sunday.
Rescue officials said a passenger van collided head-on with a truck at Sadiqabad Bypass.
Soon after the incident, the injured were taken to Sadiqabad District Headquarters Hospital for medical treatment.
Earlier on November 11, a number of 59 people were killed, while 18 others were injured when a passenger bus had collided with a goods truck near Khairpur.
The passenger bus was en route to Karachi from Swat when it had collided with the truck on Theri Bypass.
The National Highway Authority (NHA), as a result, suspended three of its officials on charges of negligence that led to the deadly road accident in Sindh.
